Our Journey

We’re TWO BROTHERS from New Zealand, part of a big family of ten, raised in a hardworking, down-to-earth home. Our father, Eli, built his life — and supported ours — through the concreting trade. It wasn’t always easy, but it gave us stability, valuable lessons, and a family life we’ll always be grateful for.

When we moved to Australia, we carried that same WORK ETHIC and DETERMINATION with us. Now, with families of our own, we’re proud to continue the legacy our father began — but with a bigger vision.

The Brotherhood Co isn’t just about driveways, pools, or landscapes. For us, it’s about creating BETTER homes, STRONGER communities, and BRIGHTER futures. We believe skilled trades can change lives, and we’re committed to sharing our knowledge, creating opportunities, and helping people feel proud of the spaces they live and work in.

Our Vision

At The Brotherhood Co, we’ve built our foundation on MORE THAN JUST SERVICES — we’ve built it on trust, experience, and a vision for stronger communities. With over 15 years of hands-on expertise in concreting, lawn care, and car cleaning, we know what quality looks like and who to trust to deliver it. That’s why we connect our clients only with reliable trades, creating better homes, brighter spaces, and stress-free living.

Now, we’re ready to take the NEXT STEP.

The Brotherhood Co is entering the RTO (Registered Training Organisation) pathway to train and certify the next generation of tradespeople. By building employment pipelines, we’re not only raising industry standards but also creating opportunities for growth and stability.

A KEY focus of this mission is supporting young people transitioning out of the juvenile system, offering them a chance to rebuild their futures with purpose, skill, and pride. For us, it’s about more than projects — it’s about people. By empowering new workers and uplifting communities, we’re crafting legacies that last.
